The Epping Cooker is constructed throughout of cast iron except for the back insulation retaining plate which is of sheet steel.  They are manufactured now to the same method as when they were first installed over 75 years ago in the traditional back cabin as well as for domestic use. Truly the only cooking range for the discerning boaters.
